We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big or small—we'll send you a new size in the same article.
We accept NO RETURNS.
You have up to 7 days to EXCHANGE same item if problem in its size.
Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and will be only accepted in the original packaging. Any item that is damaged, soiled or altered is not accepted and shall be sent back to the customer.
We do not accept exchange or return of products sold on Discounts.
We do not offer merchandise Exchange or Return on orders shipped internationally. There might be duties/taxes applicable when you return items to us, so kindly do not ship anything back to us without writing to our customer care. We will not be liable to pay any duties/taxes arising due to return shipment.
How much will the return cost?
Free as it should be.
Generate a request by filling our contact form, specify a convenient pick up date, and we will manage the rest.
If you find any problems with your Celsius article size you may exchange the article up to 7 days from the date of purchase or Delivery.
We will only accept articles that are returned in their original packaging, are unused, unwashed and undamaged with all tags still attached. Otherwise we may not accept the returns and send it back to the customer.
The easiest way to exchange is to generate a request from our website. Write to us by filling in the form under Contact Us. We do not accept any calls for exchanges.
Cancellations will be accepted only within 24 hrs.
We are not able to cancel orders once they are collected by our delivery partners. For all accepted cancellations, we will refund your money within 7-10 working days.
Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is damaged. Please inform our customer care department by emailing us with pictures attached.
